Carmen Briones
Registered Dental Hygienist
Completed Dental Hygiene course at Yorkville College, Toronto, ON in 2011. I love being an advocate of oral health. I believe that our teeth hold the most cue to ones’ confidence. I’m big on flossing. My best advice to my patients is to floss while watching TV.
It is a great deal of satisfaction for me to know that I am a part of one’s outstanding oral health as they continue to practice their good oral hygiene at home and commit to their regular dental appointments.
I have two daughters, Kim And Brooklyn, both are taller than me! I paint acrylic on canvas, I carve drift woods, write poems and design tattoos. I love Karaoke, my wish is to know all the lyrics of every song so I can sing along while I’m driving.
Soha Mroueh

Soha has been with us for 14 years as a level II dental assistant. Soha completed her training at George Brown College in August 2002.
She has developed a family rapport with our patients over the years, overseeing our little smiles turn into big smiles.
Out of the office, Soha enjoys family time with her children.

Dr. Fernanda Barona
Certified Specialist in Periodontics
Dr. Fernanda Barona received her dental degree in 2012 from the Catholic University of Guayaquil in Ecuador. It was during these years that Dr. Barona discovered her passion for treating periodontal and implant related issues. Consequently, she completed her Masters in Craniofacial Science and post-graduate specialty training in Periodontics at the University of British Columbia in 2017.
She is a Fellow-elect of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, and an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology. Her research interest focused on the role of leukocyte and platelet rich fibrin on different periodontal procedures and complex implant and gingival reconstructions.
In her free time Dr. Barona enjoys spending time with her husband Jason, doing outdoor activities such as skiing and she is a foodie and coffee enthusiast.
